Re-link irc.inn.at.euirc.net
We are glad we could link again our server irc.inn.at.euirc.net after it has to be shut down due to a clone attack last year.
From now on our Austrian users have as well the choice between 2 servers from their country again.
Server admin is RES. Global operator Armin switches from kie.de back to inn.at.
Medice becomes local operator.
