irc.bre.de.euirc.net temporarily not available

Due to maintenace work irc.bre.de.euirc.net as well as the bulletin board will be offline today and tomorrow. IPv6 connectivity is also affected by this. After the completion of the maintenace work the server will be reachable again as before via "irc.bre.de.euirc.net" allowing IPv4 and IPv6 connections.
